General Trucking Information

Some products on our website are shipped by truck instead of UPS or Fed-Ex, due to a product that exceeds the weight and/or size requirements of UPS or Fed-Ex. All products that ship by truck take 2-3 weeks to deliver from the time that the product was ordered. Any product that is required to ship by truck states this in the product's description.

Tail-Gate Service - Our Standard FREE Service

"Tail-gate" shipping service is offered by all trucking companies and is included for FREE with the purchase of any product on our website that is required to ship by truck. For this service, the truck driver will move your package(s) to the rear of the truck, near the edge. You are then responsible for lifting the product off the back of the truck and carrying it into your home or office.

If you would like to know how much a product weighs, please contact us (click here). If the product is heavier or larger than you feel comfortable handling, please have an extra person at your location to help you carry the product when the truck is scheduled to arrive.

Lift-Gate Service - Extra Fee

Some trucking companies (not all) offer "lift-gate" service for an extra fee. For this service, the truck driver will place your product(s) on a lift located on the on the rear of the truck and lower the lift to the ground. You are then responsible for carrying your product(s) from the ground into your home or office. This service offers the advantage of being able to use a hand truck type moving device (if you have one) to move the product(s).

In-Home Service - Extra Fee

Some trucking companies (not all) offer "in-home" service for an extra fee. For this service, the truck driver will take the product completely out of the truck and bring it into your home. Generally, the truck driver will only bring the product(s) just inside your door.
